My Bio
I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in drawing, from the University of Regina in 2006, soon after I moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After graduating I focused on my art and improving my skills. I learned digital art and worked with Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Painter.
In 2008 I furthered my education by getting my Advanced Web Design Certificate from Sessions Online School of Design, New York, finishing in late 2009. This allowed me to work with programs like Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, and more.
I have been doing jewelry design since 2008. Since starting I feel I have really found my passion in life and what I am meant to do. I have recently started making custom cake toppers. I find it very fun and enjoyable, I like the challenge of creating a personal vision for someone's special day.

It's amazing how things change and where we end up because of the things we have done. It's like your experiences add up to something, you just don't know what till you get there.
My life is extremely different than it was a year ago. I couldn't be happier with how things are going. A year ago I was working as a graphic designer. It was stressful, not as creative as I wanted, I wasn't enjoying it and I wasn't making enough money. I always knew I wanted to make my art into my life, my career. The opportunity came when I was going to lose my job. I decided it was now or never I wanted to go from day job to dream job. I decided to take one of

I know I've been away for a long time now. I have settled into a "new life" so to speak. I'm now working part time so I can focus on my jewelry. I have created a website for my jewelry that is separate from my art site.
